Utilizing my extensive 20-year background as an Executive Assistant, I established Rose Francis Virtual Assistant in 2021 with the aim of assisting overwhelmed coaches and small business owners in managing their back-office business administration. With a strong foundation in banking, I have collaborated closely with business leaders in various departments including IT, HR, Sustainability, and ESG. My primary responsibility is to offer comprehensive administrative support to coaches and businesses, encompassing tasks such as event organization, documentation preparation, and research. By entrusting these tasks to me, my clients are able to concentrate on the core operations of their business, expand their client base, and ultimately enhance their revenue.
